Newborn Photography — Central Ohio

These early days are going by in a blur. Let someone hold this moment for you.

An unhurried, in-home session built around you and your baby — no posing, no pressure, just an hour to be exactly where you are right now.

before we begin

You don't need a clean house, a styled nursery, or a good hair day. You just need an hour — I'll bring the rest.

what a session actually looks like
01

We time it around baby

Ideally within the first two weeks — but we'll work with baby's schedule, not a rigid one, feeding and soothing right through the session.

02

We move through your home

Wherever the light is good and your family actually spends time — the nursery, your bed, the living room floor.

03

Everyone gets included

You with baby, siblings with baby, the whole family together, and baby on their own — every combination you'll want later.

04

Start with your favorites

Every session includes 20 images from your full gallery — and if you fall for more than 20 (most mamas do), the full gallery is always available to unlock.

why this feels different

I'm not just documenting your newborn days. I've lived them.

Eleven years photographing families, and two of my own kids raised through the exact chaos you're in right now — the cluster feeds, the 2am spirals, the "is this normal" texts. I know how to work around a fussy baby, coax a real laugh out of a toddler who has no interest in cooperating, and get you a portrait you'll actually love without adding one more thing to manage.

common questions

Everything you're probably wondering

When should we book?

Ideally while you're still pregnant, with the session scheduled for within two weeks of your due date. Newborn spots are limited each month, so earlier is better — but if baby's already here, reach out anyway.

Do you photograph siblings and pets?

Always welcome. Siblings and pets are part of the story, not an add-on — we'll work them in naturally, with zero pressure for perfect behavior.

What if my house isn't "photo ready"?

It doesn't need to be. I look for good light and the corners of your home you actually live in — not a styled set. Real is the whole point.

What if baby is fussy during the session?

Completely normal, and completely fine. We pause for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes as needed — the hour flexes around your baby, not the other way around.

your baby is only this small right now

A year from now, you'll be so glad you saved today.
